Cancellation and Refunds Policy
We aim to be fair and transparent with our cancellation and refund policy.
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, you will be eligible for a full refund of the service fee paid.
Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours of the scheduled service) may result in a cancellation fee being deducted from your refund.
2. Service Provider No-Show
If your assigned service provider fails to arrive at the scheduled time without prior notice, we will:
- Arrange for an immediate replacement (subject to availability), or
- Provide you with a full refund of the amount paid for that booking.
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if the cancellation is due to inaccurate information provided by the customer or if the service could not be completed due to customer’s unavailability at the scheduled time.
