1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MaidsXpress, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

MaidsXpress connects users with professional housekeeping and cooking services. We facilitate the booking of maids, housekeepers, and cooks for various tasks, including cleaning, dusting, dishwashing, mopping, meal preparation and nanny services.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when booking services.

• You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only.

• You are responsible for ensuring a safe and respectful working environment for service providers.

• Any additional requests outside the agreed scope must be discussed directly with the service provider.

4. Service Providers

• We conduct background checks to the best of our ability.

• Any disputes regarding service quality must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

5. Booking and Payments

• All bookings must be made through the MaidsXpress website or app. To ensure uninterrupted access to our services, it is important that payments are completed by the 7th of each month. Delays or failure to make the payment by this date may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of our services. 

• Payments should be completed via the designated payment modes. MaidsXpress is not responsible for direct cash transactions between users and service providers.

• Cancellation policies apply as per our refund and cancellation policy (see Section 6).

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the service will be eligible for a refund.

• Last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

• If a service provider fails to show up, we will either arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• MaidsXpress acts as a facilitator and is not liable for any damages, losses, or misconduct by the service providers.

• We do not take responsibility for any personal belongings or valuables left unattended during service.

• Users agree to indemnify MaidsXpress against any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from service usage.

8. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

• Your information is used solely for service fulfilment and will not be shared without consent.

9. Changes to Terms

MaidsXpress reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
